Hey there, I’m Vi! I actually live in a charming seaside village in Northern Ireland and currently call it home. In my short 52 years of life, I have lived in four countries, including South Carolina, USA.
Just like pretty much everyone else on this planet, I’m interested in food—cooking it up, making it look pretty, and figuring out the best ways to enjoy it. I also have a regular gig as a Digital Strategist, that’s my nine-to-five job, and I’m a part-time photographer too, capturing life’s random moments through my camera lens.
I have this secret dream of travelling the world. You know, hop on planes, roam different lands, and then write all about it. Sounds wild, right?
